12/50; AB - addicted bookhunter
I finished this one some time ago, but hadn't time to write about it. It was the first thriller I read, which is quite curious - as I have read all other genres already.
It's a good story, but I have to say I'm not getting to be a fan of thrillers, as I also don't like crime stories (except Agatha Christie, but she's also some kind of classic I think). At the moment I have quite a lot of unread books in my room, some philosophical, some really heavy ones (like Ken Folletts sequel of the "Pillars of the Earth") and some classics (Lawrence Sterne is already waiting a year or so).
To finish the 50 books it wouldn't be necessary to buy even one new book. Still I'm visiting bookstores, buying new books, some I read immediately, some have to wait, and there may be even some that I will never read. Why do I keep buying books? Why I can't just stop? Is there some self-help group like the AAs?
